Gary Cashman will bring his 20 years of experience successfully buying and selling homes in the local market. He has sold over $60 million in Real Estate and has also been working with investors and agents renovating/flipping over a thousand homes, for the past 8 years. He knows the neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, and what it takes to make the deal go through. He has received Recognition of Excellence Awards for the past several years from the San Diego Association of Realtors, where he is currently a member.

It takes a full-time commitment – anything less and you’d be short changed. As a full-time agent, he’s able to “work the market” for you, keeping up to date with new listings and conditions as they impact the market.
