Gary was my husband and I’s first realtor. He was appointed to us after we requested a showing for a house on Zillow. From the start he was extremely helpful and always available to talk. He is very personable and easy to talk with. He booked all our showings as soon as we asked for them and also gave us options of his own inventory. We found a house that I love and had to have and Gary was there every step of the way to get us that house! We were very clueless on a lot when we where going through this process but he was able to teach us and help us learn how to go about everything. We got the house we loved and Gary was there for the day we closed and signed the contracts! He still even after we bought the house and moved in is helping us with the few loose ends and we will definitely be going to him if we ever want to sell and move again! My birthday came days after signing and he was so kind and sent me a personal beautiful birthday card AND personalized yeti tumblers with my husband and I’s names on them… wow so sweet and thoughtful! Thank you Gary!!! Your the best!

His ability is to find off market properties for his clients is one of the reasons why he has been able to take off in the real estate world so quickly. They got our old house sold, our offer on the new house accepted, our mortgage approved, and even assisted us with a very complex move. What could have been, at our age, a nightmare transition has been as close to a pleasure as these things can be.
