May 29, 2012 - Kristen (Buyer) - We cold called Gary after looking for a buyers agent to join us in seeing an open house we were interested in. Good thing we did - we ended up purchasing that house! Gary was great the whole way through from contract negotiation to getting us in touch with home inspectors, a mortgage company, etc. Gary was very honest with us and I felt comfortable that he had our back as a buyer.
