Gary Heinfeld

In 2003 Gary Heinfeld became a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). A CCIM is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. (Only 10,000 professionals across North America hold the CCIM designation.) As only six percent of the estimated 150,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide hold the CCIM designation, it reflects not only the caliber of the program, but also why it is one of the most coveted and respected designations in the industry. After obtaining his CCIM, Gary concentrated on Retail investments and development.

Gary is a highly respected professional among many organizations. Gary is Past President of the Southern Arizona CCIM Chapter and is currectly on the CCIM Audit Committee. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants and is active in the Arizona Association of School Business Officials, the Association of Government Accountants, and the Government Finance Officers Association. Gary was named Member of the Year from AASBO and has authored two books which are available on Amazon.
