Gary Howell

Gary stopped in Palm Springs on the return leg of a Hawaiian vacation to visit with college friends. Taken by its magnificent climate and leisurely lifestyle, the Greater Palm Springs area became his winter respite from the frigid months of Boston for the next several years. Finally, in 1980 Gary took the plunge. Having been in hospitality management, first in finance and later in project construction, he decided to further his career where it really made sense – here. After successfully managing four-star, four-diamond resort hotels while residing in the desert, Gary decided to take his extensive knowledge of the valley and combine it with valuable experience for those who wish to buy or sell their first or second home.

Since his very first year in Real Estate, Gary has been awarded for his outstanding achievements in closed sales; from studio condominiums and vacant land to lavish estates, apartment buildings, hotels, and restaurants. His many years as a desert resident, multi-faceted professional background combined with his innate ability to listen as well as advise have served countless satisfied clients very well over the years.
