Gary is a true professional. Not only is he knowledgeable in both residential and commercial real estate, but he's also an exceptional problem solver. Any agent can handle a transaction when there are no complications, but Gary can handle even the most complex transactions where the parties are all adversarial. I know, I've been involved with him where none of the sellers or buyers could agree on anything. He somehow found a way to cut through all the animosity and confusion to get to a workable solution.
Whatever your real estate needs, buying or selling, you couldn't do better than to chose Gary to represent you. An experienced and accomplished real estate expert.
