Gary is an outstanding realtor--both for buying a house or for selling your house. I initially met Gary when I needed to sell my house for a top price. He staged the house expertly and actually helped me fix up my house so it looked awesome. Gary sold the house in two weeks--getting an above offer price for my home. He used creative marketing (e.g., a $5,000 credit on my bathroom) to ensure a fast and efficient sale. I then used Gary to help me buy my next home. What I liked most about the experience is that Gary listened to me--he was more concerned about my needs than just making the deal. I've bought and sold a dozen homes over the years and Gary has been the most responsible, trustworthy and quality realtor that I've ever had.
