Gray was an amazing agent when we were buying the house! He was very easy to work with and kept us posted each step of the way. Very responsive and caring. My husband and I just bought our first home with Gary. He was everything you could ever hope for in a real estate agent. Responsive, reliable, knowledgable, honest, organized, informative, patient, good at negotiating, and happy to go over the details as many times as we needed. He made us feel completely comfortable every step along the way.

The house we purchased had 16(!!!) offers on it, and the selling agents told us the reason why our offer was accepted was because of him. They said it was all because he was so persistent, professional and nice to deal with. Gary even helped us out with several new home owner questions after we closed and moved in.

Gary Jacobs is the local Real Estate Broker that EVERYONE should use. Without Gary Jacobs, I would not be a homeowner. I was denied by all the other real estate agents, however, Gary with his expertise was able to supply me with the information I needed in order to properly prepare to purchase a home. Gary was a referral to me from a real estate investor that uses him regularly. Gary helped me throughout my first purchase by providing me with; a mortgage broker, title company, inspectors, and contractors. Gary has a plethora of resources that enabled me to successfully complete my first real estate transaction. Every mortgage broker I contacted denied me, however, Gary’s mortgage broker got me approved, my car (BMW) paid off, and into my house with as little money down as possible. Gary’s network with other realtors allowed me to acquire a house for about ~$50,000 less than it was worth because of his relationship with the other broker. I acquired the nicest home within the Thousand Oaks area that was listed within its price range. Since then, I have been able to and will continue to remodel my new home. I can either raise my family in it, flip it to by a bigger house, or take the $200K+ equity that is being created to buy a business or a real estate rental portfolio. Gary was able to make my dreams come true, and that is why his face will forever be on my fridge listed under ‘family’.

Gary Jacob and his team did a great job selling our home. Their advice on what to fix to help make the home more salable was spot on. They helped and/or arranged for painters, repairs, inspections and staging. My wife and I were thinking it would take 6 months to a year to get the house ready. Gary Jacobs and his team helped me sell a condo in West Los Angeles in February and he did an excellent job.
It was a complex estate sale and he helped me find the Attorney to make HOA problems go away and went the extra mile to get the sale concluded.
He also helped us liquidate the furniture that was left in the unit, all to no gain or profit to him. He was available when we needed him and never broke his word. Mission accomplished with least amount of pain in a tough emotional situation.
Would use him team next time we need a Realtor.
