Gary went above and beyond the expectation as a realtor. Even when I was sure I wasn’t ready to buy a home, he remained patient with me, educating me on the market, and opportunities that would make sense for me to expedite my timeline. He accompanied me to every tour, was knowledgeable about what to look for in a home including options that would increase resell value, he made sure I got the best deal. He coordinated on my behalf with the builder, seller, etc because of my schedule preventing me from being available. He went on walkthroughs I wasn’t able to attend. He educated and guided me throughout the purchasing process and when it came time to close he was there with a bunch of gifts to help ease my transition. I can’t recommend Gary enough. He’s not just there to get the commission but to make sure his clients are acclimated and happy in their dream home and feel supported every step of the way.

I can't express how absolutely amazing Gary is! He made the home buying process so seamless and stress free. Im new to the area and a friend recommended Gary, i had my eye on a home the day we met within 24hrs he had a viewing scheduled and before the end of the night we had an offer in and accepted! He was extremely knowledgeable and ensured every I was dotted and T was crossed. He is through, perfessional, and personable! I knew that I was working with someone I could trust and someone who genuinely cared about my family's needs in a home. He was always available when I had questions, and provided guidance during every part of the process. We closed in less than 30 days and even as a second time home owner he made me feel like a superstar at closing! And his closing gifts were OUTSTANDING!

Gary did an amazing job helping us find our first home. My husband is active duty and we had several delays on our move date as well as a location change and he was with us every step and kept in contact regularly for over a year. I can’t say enough good things about him and his work ethic. He even saved us a few thousand in closing costs and a couple hundred on the mortgage. We had budgeted for an amount and he delivered us everything for less than we planned for. If you are a serious buyer he is the perfect choice for you and will unlock as many doors as you need to find it. Gary is professional, very knowledgeable about the market and areas, and a really good agent who will listen to your needs and concerns and work to find your dream home for your price point.

Gary was very responsive and quick to get things done. He kept things completely transparent, which helped working with him a lot easier. Has positive energy and motivated. We closed on our home through Navy Federal in 25 days. Navy Federal usually takes between 30-45 days. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a house.

Where to start with Gary. Not only is he a good friend but very professional and patient. He was very easy to talk to about any questions and concerns my family and I may have had. His response time is amazing, he was able to stay in contact with us during our process and was able to get us in a few homes to check out even when he was out of town. He wasn't trying to get us in any home just to sale a home, he had a good understanding of what we were looking for and he was really dedicated to helping us find the home for us. If it didn't give us the "Warm and Fuzzy" then it was back to the drawing board. I definitely give Gary and Davis Homes a 10/10 overall.
