Gary Legrand

A fixture in Southern California’s luxury real estate market for more than twenty-five years, Gary Legrand has led the industry to new levels of innovation, service, and success. In launching Surterre Properties®, which he co-founded in 2006, he introduced to Orange County a new standard in the way of outstanding real estate service—one that’s upheld by a team of more than 430 top-performing professionals. With offices in Laguna Beach, Corona del Mar, Monarch Beach, San Clemente, and Irvine in addition to its Newport Beach headquarters, Surterre maintains the majority market share in much of coastal Orange County year after year. Before launching Surterre Properties, Legrand led teams at many of the region’s most successful real estate firms, including Coldwell Banker Previews. A longtime Newport Beach resident, he was also an investor and CFO for Coast Newport Properties. As an extension of his service to his community, Gary assists college kids, teaching them how to interview to land their dream job. When Gary isn't working, you will find him air chairing, paddle boarding, and mountain biking.
