Gary has called Seattle his home since 1993. He has been a real estate broker since 2009. He has a natural love for serving and helping people and being a real estate broker fits his passion perfectly. Gary treats every client like a friend — listening to their needs and desires, giving honest feedback, and fighting for the best price and outcome!

Gary is experienced in representing both home sellers and home buyers. He loves welcoming people to their dream homes, whether it is their very first house or a custom-built house designed from the ground up! There are few things more exciting and fulfilling than helping someone find a new place to call home.

Gary has also become a specialist in commercial and real estate investment. There are so many ways to invest in real estate and he loves helping people with their real estate investment goals. Gary has helped people find fixer-uppers to flip, move-in ready houses to rent out and, for the folks ready for something genuinely exciting, he has helped find plots to tear down and build a custom home to sell as new construction.

Selling or buying a home can be stressful, but Gary’s goal is to make it a joyful experience by taking as much of the stress out as possible. To make this possible, Gary partners with local builders, architects, and vendors to make sure when you move into your new home, you can just unpack, relax, and enjoy your home!

Gary also believes in supporting the local community and giving back to causes he believes in. He volunteers and supports many charities in the Greater Seattle area. Gary has served as the Board President and senior board member of the Viet Nam Scholarship Foundation which helps underprivileged students in Vietnam achieve success and happiness through education to break the poverty cycle in rural Vietnam.
