His expertise includes industrial investment sales, owner-user acquisitions and dispositions, landlord and tenant representation, lease negotiations, site selection, market analysis, and portfolio strategy. Gary utilizes advanced technology and analytics platforms, including CoStar, ARGUS Enterprise, ESRI Business Analyst, IntelliSite, Placer.ai, ArcGIS Pro, and artificial intelligence tools to deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations that help clients maximize value and make informed real estate decisions.

Gary is also a CCIM Institute instructor, teaching CI 102: Market Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate, where he helps develop the next generation of commercial real estate professionals.
