Gary Moreira

Gary Moreira is Director of the Reno Region with Commerce Real Estate Solutions, a Cushman & Wakefield Alliance member. Beginning his commercial real estate career in 1980 in the San Francisco Bay Area, Gary’s experience includes management and leasing of retail, office, R&D, industrial and mini storage properties.

Gary brings more than thirty years experience to his position with Commerce. His extensive range of real estate and management experience has enabled him to bring a keen business mind to every operation. As a senior commercial broker at Grubb & Ellis|NCG, Gary was a retail specialist, and later a broker for Grubb & Ellis’ Carson City Capital Region.
