We are new to the Fenton area and was referred to Gary by a family member. Having recently successfully closed on a our new home, there are a number of things that impressed us about Gary but here are our top 4.

1) He a long time resident of Fenton and a builder by trade who was able to skillfully comment on the quality of a house's structure and mechanics, especially those things that are not obvious except to a trained eye.

2) He is very experienced as an agent and was able to smoothly manage every aspect of the buying process.

3) He is a man of high integrity, honest, considerate, an excellent communicator, accommodating with his schedule, and committed to negotiating in our best interest.

4) He truly earned his commission during every stage, such as volunteering to check on things in the house prior to closing since we didn't live near Fenton at that time.

In short, Gary is a credit to his profession and we will not hesitate to refer him to others.

Gary was a wonderful resource as we were trying to find land to purchase! He is so knowledgeable about all the different aspects of real estate transactions! His previous experience as an owner of a construction company was invaluable to us-he brought much wisdom to the table and shared it freely! We felt that he genuinely cared about us and the desires we had in our purchase. He always had our best interests as heart. We struggled with so many different land deals not happening due to township, HOA, sewer tie in issues and land that did not perk-he stayed right in there with us! Gary was great to work with when selling my home. I wanted to list quickly so we were up and running with photos and viewings in one day. I had several offers which we were able to go through together and choose the one that best fit my needs. Gary was quick to contact the other realtor and an agreement was made in 3 days! Gary made sure that I could fill out all the paperwork and close from a distance as I relocated before the closing.

Gary worked very closely with us to understand required changes to maximize sales price and provided numerous examples to confidently set sales price. Sales tools were top notch (i.e. 360 degree panoramic views, drone overhead views, etc.) and viewing traffic was extremely high. Gary was absolutely amazing taking care of us. Years ago he actually built my wife and I’s very first home. We where impressed by his attention to detail and his ability to handle the uncertainty of two young kids making big decisions was simply amazing.

Fast forward 24 years later and my wife and I decided to start looking to move to a house on Lake Fenton. While driving around looking at houses, we contacted a realtor that had a house listed that we where interested in. Lo and behold the realtor that we met was the same guy that built our house.

We put Gary through the ringer trying to find the house we wanted within our budget. When we finally found it we where then faced with the daunting task of selling our current home. We thought, who better to do that than the guy that built it??

It was a whirlwind of time lines and decisions that we had to make. Gary was there for every decision and question we had. It all worked out great.

In a nut shell, Gary built our first home, helped us find and buy our second home and then he helped us sell our first house. Oh, and shortly after that he helped us close on some hunting property up north.

He is always available for questions and issues. I still “bug” him with questions. Which he has always went out of his way to help. I consider Gary a friend.

Gary is a stand up guy and a wonderful realtor. He's truly a lifelong friends to my family. He serves his clients with care, respect, and honesty. Gary helped us list and sell our home within a month. We had offers after the first showing. It was basically a waiting game for the process to run its course.

Once we accepted an offer, Gary was there to answer questions and handle all correspondence. We truly believe the reason our home sold so quickly is proper research. Gary priced the home for a quick sale (without sacrificing our profit). He shows great care for his customers.

Our potential (would-be) buyers had a home inspection completed. Normally a simple process (escalated when the inspector damaged our home prior to sale). Gary contacted the buyers and the inspector and the buyer's agent. He made sure if they backed out on us or the sale fell through that our home would be made whole again. He went the extra mile.

In addition to this, Gary helped my family find a new home. We are working with a builder to have a new home constructed. Gary's an expert in many things and his knowledge of construction is grounded with experience. He was able to provide insight and guidance. Gary knows what to ask the builders and helps more than I could have hoped for.

While we wait for our house to be built, we needed a place to stay. Gary offered to help us by showing apartments and homes for temporary living. Gary goes the extra mile for his customers and he never disappoints! As always, happy and satisfied!

Can't say enough about how great of a realtor Gary is. We've used him multiple times now (twice as our buyer's agent and once as our seller's agent). Every time we have been very thankful we went with Gary.

His experience as a builder prior to being a realtor has proved very useful on multiple occasions. He has an eye for detail and goes above and beyond. He is also very well connected and knowledgeable of the area. More than anything though, he is very responsive, which in my opinion is most important.

Could go on and on what makes Gary a great realtor. Make it easy on yourself, go with Gary, and when you get to closing you will be thankful you did!
