About Gary

As an Engineer, Licensed Developer and Builder I have played an integral role in every aspect of the Real Estate and Land Development. From the concept stage thru site development, planning and zoning, design/build to the final product, I have developed all types of projects ranging from residential to commercial buildings. We have developed raw land into multi-family subdivisions, converted IR Warehouse zoning to class A office with integrated flex space, completely rehabbed medium size apartment buildings and increased their value by over 200%. We bring this knowledge and know how to every project we are apart of. My experience plays an important role in the management of my clients properties, whether they are single family homes, condos, apartment buildings or commercial properties. Myself and our team draw from our in-depth knowledge of Real Estate and work to get the most profitable and best results we can for our clients. As an owner of over 40 properties we have the experience our clients trust and look to in the daily management of their properties.

Much of my success is from time spent in class learning and understanding changes in codes, statutes and new laws that affect my company and industry. This commitment to is shared amongst our staff and their professionalism.
