About Gary

Gary is a long time Eugene resident with two degrees from the University of Oregon in both business and education. Gary was "drafted" into teaching in 1970 and enjoyed a successful career teaching middle school for 32 years. Gary went back to his "other love" Real Estate. Gary has been ranked in the top 3% across the nation in residential sales consecutively for the past ten years. He is well versed in mentoring home sellers and buyers with traditional home transactions, but also holds a Certified Distress Property Expert certification. This enables him to provide good accurate advice in handling of short sales and bank owned properties. Gary is well know for his involvement with the Eugene Cascade Chorus and two barbershop quartets that perform throughout the United States. If Gary looks familiar, it's because he was the comic face on the Les Schwab commercials that ran in the Northwest for over 12 years.

But none topped Gary Raze when it comes to professionalism, decency and positive energy. When my wife and I decided we wanted to live closer to our grandchildren and began looking for a house in the Eugene area earlier this year, a friend recommended Gary. A truly amazing individual with a keen sense of humor and a hearty laugh, Gary skillfully led us through the challenges in today's real estate. Thanks to his efforts, we quickly found the place we wanted. What's more, after the sale closed, Gary voluntarily hauled off a large pile of trash the previous owners had left behind at our newly acquired property.
