I met Gary in April of 2021. My mom had recently passed away and I was helping my father look for property in Florida. Gary was so accommodating during a difficult time, completely responsive and helpful. He took our needs very seriously and did his best to accommodate us in a turbulent market.
I was staying in Sarasota, Did not have a vehicle, and yet he came from Tampa to show me properties. I wasn’t even in the car yet and knew that Gary was going To be like family. His professional attitude, warmth and genuine caring for my Dad and his needs were number one. He has since become a family friend . We will always recommend Gary to our friends and family!

We just moved into our dream home in Palm Harbor, FL. 10/10 school, 2 miles from gulf/Beach. We're very grateful to have Gary Ricco as our agent at this time/place. He was always ready to see new listing on short notice, fought for us during negotiations and always supported us with our search. ( we got 35k under listing, and sizeable repairs during a hot market, nice! ). Gary is also former Marine & RECON special unit, and veteran cop. You can see how easy he can build repore with sellers agent, information gathering, and negotiation. You definitely want him in this hot housing market.

I am a northerner (also called a "snow bird") that found myself in need to sell my condo. I interviewed a number of agents and chose Gary,
He showed himself to be knowledgeable, trustful, and a ability to pay attention to details.
Gary not only got the condo sold in a matter of hours, but the manor in which he followed up with minor repairs, coordination with the HOA and my attorney were beyond words.
Gary looked out for my interests, being 1400 miles away were very concerning for me.
I would recommend Gary, and I did. From what I heard, Gary also got my friends unit sold in a matter of hours

He has constant and meaningful communication with his clients and is never too busy to answer any questions from clients. Gary worked with my parents who are relocating from California back to Clearwater. I'm a realtor as well, so we worked together to find them a home. It was not an easy task, but Gary went the extra mile. Even after their offer had not been accepted he pushed and made it happen. Gary Ricco was my buying agent last year as a first time home buyer and I couldn't be any happier. He negotiated perfectly and gave me sound advice throughout the whole process while staying by my side through any closing questions I had.
