The best part of their services, is Nick evaluating our house and property and being able to do everything and anything needed to prepare it for the sell without costing too much! His men are excellent and they had everything done promptly! I would highly recommend this team to sell your house!

I am thankful that I had the opportunity to work with Gary and his team of Lisa Rudden and NIck Bobruska for the successful sale of my home. They were extremely professional and presented a plan that was followed through to every detail. I am a real estate licensed salesperson that concentrates totally on commercial real estate and have never been active in the "residential marketplace" but I do know brokerage and Gary and his team are excellent brokers. All brokers can provide data and comps that are available to everyone but the Rudden team goes beyond that and also relies on their many years of experience to provide an analysis of current and future market trends that should identify the best marketing plan for your home. That is just one of the major differences between them and other brokers in the industry. Because of their extensive experience and excellent reputation, they have very established relationships with the other brokers in the marketplace who may have that perfect buyer for your home. The Rudden Team has our endorsement! They did an outstanding job communicating each step of the selling process - and then executed accordingly. And, they move VERY QUICKLY if you need them to! They helped us get our house on the market in just three weeks; and, it sold for top dollar. In addition, they demonstrated great attention to detail - from making sure the house was staged perfectly for photos/videos - to grasping and conveying every detail of the many contracts. I hope we never have to sell another house because it's hard work to clean out your junk! BUT, if we do, I know The Rudden Team will help us every step of the way!

Gary and his team did a great job in selling our house. It sold in less than a week after 60 viewings and 10 offers at far above the asking price. The closing process was swift and painless. Much of this is attributable to Gary and his team, specifically strategic pricing that elicited many viewings and offers, minimal but effective interior and landscaping improvements that greatly enhanced the properties appeal and expert assessments and handling of the negotiations and paperwork. Gary and his team were also very open to our input throughout the process.
