Gary Schneider is a Realtor® Associate with more than a decade of experience in the real estate industry. He specializes in both commercial and residential real estate, selling a significant inventory of commercial properties over the past 10 years. Gary, a dedicated leader who leads by example, is a passionate professional with years of experience and is an entrepreneur at heart. Before he entered the real estate market, Gary gained deep experience in the areas of publishing and print production, where he led the development and production of numerous magazines and periodicals and managed a number of prominent northern New Jersey printing businesses. In particular, he was the creator, owner and publisher of Inspire Your World, a global magazine dedicated to volunteerism, from 2003-2005.
Gary brings a pair of national real estate certifications to his work, including the Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES), which demonstrates specialized training in the sales of properties for estate administrators and executors, and the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation, which demonstrates specialized training in real estate negotiation and is granted to the top one percent of agents nationwide. With his deep and diverse experience and his affiliation with Christie's Northern New Jersey, Gary is able to leverage the strength of Christie's industry-recognized corporate marketing and superior customer service programs to bring value-added service to his clients.
In his spare time, Gary is an active volunteer with organizations at the local and state level. He also has served in the leadership of organizations like March of Dimes of New Jersey, and the New Jersey Governor's Volunteer Board. Gary is a resident of Plainfield, NJ.
