Dear Gary,

How do I begin to thank you for all you did to help us sell our home? We told you we wanted to downsize and sell our home over 7 years ago. Yes, it took us over 7 years to finally move! We didn’t realize it would take so long to find a new smaller home in or near Haddonfield. During those 7 years, I turned to you many times with questions, comments and problems. You always responded quickly and calmly and your advice was always spot on. Your knowledge and professionalism are second to none.
I especially remember when you were able to contact the neighbor behind us about a problem that I had spent 2 years trying to resolve. The fence between our properties was in utter disrepair and I wanted to replace it so I could sell my house. You took care of it with one letter, like magic!
You worked the same magic by recommending a company to immediately remove the enormous hornets’ nest we discovered on our home a few days before settlement.
There are many realtors in Haddonfield, but in my mind, you stand alone. We talked to other realtors but, to me, there is absolutely no comparison. Your professionalism, patience, calm manner and expertise make the difficult, exhausting and emotional task of moving so much easier.

Gary is a seasoned Professional! He navigated us through Covid19, coached inexperienced agents from the buyers side, helped us through inspections, advertised extensively, returned every call and responded to every concern within hours.

The house was marketed well, professionally photographed and he reached a lot of buyers.

We were extremely happy with everything Gary was able to do for us and we would not have done this without him !
