I’m Gary Williams, a Long Beach–based Realtor with a background that’s anything but ordinary. Before stepping into real estate, I spent decades in construction, working on high-pressure job sites where attention to detail wasn’t optional. That same precision and problem-solving mindset now help my clients buy and sell homes with confidence.

I know firsthand how overwhelming the process can be. I struggled to buy my first home, and selling my second was no picnic either. Those experiences taught me exactly how confusing, stressful, and emotional this process can get, and they’re why I work so hard to make it smoother, clearer, and less stressful for my clients.

I’m a Navy veteran who served during the height of the Lebanon crisis in the 1980s, and I’ve even been above the Arctic Circle — twice. Life’s taken me from my hometown of West Covina to stages as an actor, to adventures in Disneyland (yes, I’m a theme park junkie), and through the biggest battle of my life: surviving prostate cancer.

I’m also a proud member of the ManKind Project, committed to men’s personal growth and community service. Whether I’m helping someone navigate a real estate deal or helping a friend through life’s challenges, my mission is simple: show up with honesty, commitment, and a little bit of humor.
