I had a great experience buying my first home using Jasper as my realtor. He is very professional, prompt, caring and knowledgeable. He is very thorough and was available at any time when needed. He was quick getting back to us with responses to see houses and completing paperwork to put in offers. He is not pushy, as some realtors can be, and he has your best interest in mind at all times! I highly recommend him!

Our experience with Gaspare was wonderful, he has so much patience’s, and he is very understanding with your needs when your looking for a house. He listens and is very Knowledgeable in New Jersey. Believe me we asked him lots of questions and he answered them all. He calls you back & texts you right away. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a home, we really appreciate all that he did for us. Thank you Gaspare for all that you showed us even in the winter until we found our home.. Jasper is an excellent realtor, after a bad experience with another realtor Jasper not only found us several houses but has been with us throughout the whole process of our purchase of a house . His response time to any question is outstanding and he will endeavor to answer any question or find the answer. This is the guy you need on your side whether selling or buying a house !!!!!

Jasper was amazing from start to finish. He was welcoming and responsive to all of our questions and needs. Being first time homebuyers, it was nerve wracking but Jasper took the time to explain things to us and answer any and all of our questions in a timely manner. We were having a new house built and we lived a decent trip away and he offered and followed through with going to the house and taking pictures for us whenever we asked! He went above and beyond to make our process smooth and exciting. Couldn’t have asked for a better realtor and experience! We will definitely keep in touch with him and most definitely use him again in the future 10/10 on every detail!

the experience we had with Jasper Mazzuca, and Flanagan Realty, was very good. the Agency was very effective and a pleasant experience.
I cannot say enough good things about Jasper, lshe made a great impression on his first visit, and it only got better over the next month, he suggested that we put our house on the market as "Coming Soon", he kept it there for 30 days, but stayed in contact with every two to three days and kept us informed of everything. when the house went for sale, we had potential buyers wait to see. our house sold the first day to the first buyer. From that point on Jasper took over and everything was handled in a professional matter, all paper work and details was handled by Jasper. Closings went off without a hitch and on the time schedule he set up.
The Flanagan Agency and especially Jasper Mazzuca has my 100% recommendation to anyone looking to sell or buy there home.

It was a pleasure working with Jasper. He was helpful every step of the way and always stood by his word. He was there for us to answer all of our questions and worked steadfast as we were able to locate our home in less than a month. It was amazing and we couldn’t be happier. The best part about working with Jasper is that he makes it effortless. He is not only extremely informative but he listens to what you want. He isn’t about making a quick sale, but finding the right home for the client he is working with. Like I mentioned, we couldn’t be happier with the service and expertise that Jasper provided for us.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Jasper. I was so worried about buying a home and Jasper put all my worries at ease; as he was there helping me every step of the way. He was extremely informative and was able to answer all my questions about the area I was looking into. If he couldn’t answer a question, he promptly got back to me and never left me waiting for a long period of time. He was always prompt, professional and patient. I recently purchased a home in Ocean County NJ and I used Jasper Mazzuca as my real estate agent. He was outstanding! This is my second home purchased in NJ and I can’t say enough wonderful things about Jasper, whom I wish I had met the first time I purchased a home. I met with a couple of realtors before Jasper, but I knew instantly that he was the one for me. Jasper had tenacity and returned all of our messages promptly, he was honest and helpful and never lost patience with me. Jasper was easy to speak to, understanding of my needs and what I was looking for. He understood the local housing market and was able to address the questions I asked him about the area. Jasper always showed up on time and made himself available to help every step of the way until I finally closed on my forever home. One of the best things about Jasper was that I never felt forced to make an offer and when I finally found the “one,” it ended up in a bidding war, Jasper was able to walk me through every step of the negotiations. Jasper was always more focused on answering my questions, giving me good advice, and finding homes that met my needs than he was on closing a deal. A true realtor with character.
In short, Jasper was always on my side, working to make my house purchase as simple and successful as possible. I recommend Jasper to anyone thinking about buying or selling a home.
