I'm Gavin Karlsen, part of the mother-son team behind Bluegrass Tri-City Group. Alongside my mom, Hope, I help buyers and sellers across Elizabethtown, Radcliff, Fort Knox, Brandenburg, and all of Hardin County, Kentucky.

We know what it's like to be on the other side of a PCS move. I was born in Germany and lived in the Marshall Islands before settling here in Kentucky, and between the two of us, we've personally PCS'd more times than we can count.
