The Davidson Group has represented me three times as a buyer and once as a seller. All four times the process gone very smoothly. Most recently, Gay and Joyce worked very quickly to help me prepare the property for sale, had an open house, and received a full price offer from a qualified buyer within a week. They and Doug at the office were all “Johnny on the Spot” with the necessary paperwork, documentation, and answering questions I had. I would/will definitely use them again in the future if we decide to buy or sell. Five plus Stars!

For the second time, I worked with the Davidson Group. I was impressed the first time, when I worked with Doug a few years ago, so I had to call him back when I wanted to put my house for sale.
I worked mainly with Doug, but Gay was available and involved as well. It was a pleasure to work with both of them.
Highly professional, friendly and very knowledgeable.
They provided me with great suggestions on how to prepare my house for sale. They have a great photographer who took magnificent pictures of the house. There is also a writer available who described the house in wonderful details.
Throughout the process, Doug kept me updated and provided feedback, explained the process and steps, answered my questions and provided guidance. All in a polite, professional and friendly manner.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Doug and Rosann from the Davidson group. Doug went over and beyond getting me the information I needed on the property to make sure it would be a good fit for me. He was available when I needed him and when he wasn’t he would get back to me as soon as he could with answers to any of my questions. Rosann helped on the financial side of the transaction and did a wonderful job getting me in contact with a contact of hers to help with my financing needs on this.
