Gaye worked with me for a little over two years while I searched just about every neighborhood in Detroit. She was a joy to work with, extremely patient, and helped me establish good relationships with inspectors, mortgage agents, etc during the process. Once I closed, the previous owner left a bunch of stuff in the house and she went out of her way to get me some money back because of it. I’d recommend Gaye to anyone. I liked working with her so much that we’re neighbors now!
