I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. Gayithri was an absolute godsend in our home buying journey. After a disappointing experience with a previous realtor, Gayithri truly restored our faith in the process. From the very beginning, she took the time to deeply understand our needs and preferences. She was incredibly resourceful, quickly identifying potential properties that fit our criteria.

Gayithri's responsiveness and attentiveness made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was proactive in keeping us updated and guiding us through each step. Most importantly, she fought tirelessly to help us secure the home of our choice. Her expertise, dedication and genuine care for our satisfaction were invaluable.

Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout our home buying process… She has patience to collect all sorts of information, allows us to take the decision before bidding. She explains and present (if needed) at each step (check point) during the contract/contingent process. She also shared key contacts of Home Inspection, Kitchen remodeling and other handyman works to customize our home before moving-in. She was accessible anytime right from Home Search to Moving-In with friendly yet professional presence. We truly recommend her to the prospective home buyers/sellers as she has all kinds of knowledge in this area…

She also has contact information of great private contractor who has given the lowest quote for building deck and also lenders for loan, handyman for mounting etc.

We hired Gayithri as our selling agent on the house sold in May 2022. However, we were in touch with Gayithri even before we had fully decided on the sale and ran through all the scenarios that we could think off. Our case wasn't a very open and shut due to multiple dependencies around the timeline of our move vs sale. Gayithri helped us navigate the whole journey with loads of patience and acting us our much needed sounding board along the way. If not for Gayithri, the process would not have been as smooth sailing as it was. She was able to time the market for us for the market did change as we closed our transaction. We found her to be having deep insight on the local market we were in and that helped us immensely. I would recommend her to anyone in a heart beat for sure.
