My area of expertise encompasses the North Fulton/Forsyth/West Cherokee triangle (Cumming, Suwanee, Alpharetta and Johns Creek, Milton, Roswell, and West Canton).
Because this area is also my home for more than 12 years, I have an in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, school districts, and neighborhoods.
While that may seem somewhat limiting, I pride myself on being an "area specialist" and, as you'll see from my website, I have extensive knowledge of these communities.
