Gemma is a new addition to the Charis Family! She brings with her 18+ years of administrative and project coordination experience in the construction and biotech/pharmaceutical industries. Throughout her career, she has been recognized as a team player, a leader, and authority in her field. Most recently, Gemma obtained Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification in project management. Born in England and raised in Maryland, Gemma currently resides in Frederick County with her husband, Keith, and their four children.
