I'm writing this review while sitting in our new gorgeous apartment. We had such an incredible experience working with Gemma! We randomly stopped into an Open House with no broker and within 24 hours we had submitted an offer on the apartment and had initiated the process for Gemma to also help us simultaneously list and sell our current place. With Gemma representing us as both the buyer and seller, this required immense juggling. Gemma demonstrated impecable project management and multi-party coordination and led the whole process with confidence and expertise. Gemma put us at ease and guided us each step of the way. Our initial buyers ended up falling through and instead of allowing us to feel defeated Gemma kept us optimistic while maintaining extremely realistic in her promises. All in all, we cannot imagine going through this process with anyone other than Gemma and cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent. We will definitely use her again if and when we ever decide to move. Thanks for everything, Gemma!

Gemma was incredibly patient throughout the lengthy process, of finding our new home. She was always responsive via text and email and kept us informed of every single step along the way. She also anticipated our next moves and was very helpful in determining what our families needs were. To be honest, the needs of our family were quite complex, and we were looking in a very small area and she was still able to find us the perfect location for us to begin our new lives. She was also always a pleasure to speak with and was very patient, despite all the anxiety and stress we were feeling as the home buyers! We cannot recommend her more, 5 stars for sure.

Gemma made our apartment search a breeze! She was very organized and communicated clearly. She was always available, and she put in a lot of work to get us an apartment we love. The listing agent for an apartment we toured complimented us on the organization and clarity of our application-- which Gemma had done all the work on!

Finding an apartment is never easy, and finding the perfect apartment is near impossible, however after working with Gemma, I not only found the perfect apartment for me, but she somehow made the process smooth and delightful.

I searched endlessly for an apartment on my own before meeting Gemma. I hated the entire process and was ready to give up. When I met Gemma, I told her my budget, and what I was looking for. She not found me what I was looking for, but even found the place under budget. It was a win win!
