I met Gemma at an open house where she was the seller's agent. She explained what she could do for me as a buyer's agent - and that it wouldn't involve any investment from my end. I ended up buying a coop apartment she suggested. Her professional network is very impressive. Within a few days, she connected me a loan officer, lawyer and inspector to get the ball rolling. The coop process is daunting - always make sure the stock & lease gets requested as soon as the contract is signed! Gemma helped me navigate every step of the way.

Gemma is an absolutely exceptional real estate agent and human being -- and beyond the transaction itself, I am so grateful that I know her. As a first-time homebuyer, I was intimidated by the process, and the "unknown unknowns". By the end of my first meeting with Gemma, I had a clear picture of how it would play out; there were no "unknowns" working with Gemma. She is an extremely fast and responsive communicator, kept me apprised of all the details, and made the process something to look forward to, not to dread. Importantly, she knows all the right people -- home inspectors, mortgage brokers, real estate lawyers, construction folks, etc. Any time I'd give any of these folks a call, they somehow knew who I was: "you're with Gemma, right?". It is clear she commands so much respect, not just with buyers and sellers, but everyone you need on your side to make informed decisions. Those types of connections are invaluable, to say the least. Gemma also has GREAT taste and an eye for the details. She quickly learned what kind of things I really like, and adapted our search to fit those preferences. She is truly invested in finding the _right_ place -- she knows when to walk away from a bidding war, and when to double down. I intend to buy more in NYC when I'm able, and at that time, my first phone call is going to Gemma.

I'm writing this review while sitting in our new gorgeous apartment. We had such an incredible experience working with Gemma! We randomly stopped into an Open House with no broker and within 24 hours we had submitted an offer on the apartment and had initiated the process for Gemma to also help us simultaneously list and sell our current place. With Gemma representing us as both the buyer and seller, this required immense juggling. Gemma demonstrated impecable project management and multi-party coordination and led the whole process with confidence and expertise. Gemma put us at ease and guided us each step of the way. Our initial buyers ended up falling through and instead of allowing us to feel defeated Gemma kept us optimistic while maintaining extremely realistic in her promises. All in all, we cannot imagine going through this process with anyone other than Gemma and cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent. Gemma was incredibly patient throughout the lengthy process, of finding our new home. She was always responsive via text and email and kept us informed of every single step along the way. She also anticipated our next moves and was very helpful in determining what our families needs were. To be honest, the needs of our family were quite complex, and we were looking in a very small area and she was still able to find us the perfect location for us to begin our new lives. She was also always a pleasure to speak with and was very patient, despite all the anxiety and stress we were feeling as the home buyers! We cannot recommend her more, 5 stars for sure.

Finding an apartment is never easy, and finding the perfect apartment is near impossible, however after working with Gemma, I not only found the perfect apartment for me, but she somehow made the process smooth and delightful.
