You could not ask for a more committed person to work with that has such a great understanding of what a customer is looking for in their home. Gene was great about keeping us informed on our house building process and was quick to address any questions or concerns we had in understanding housing issues during covid and knowing who was best to reach out to for funding. We met with Gene and told him our criteria for a home. Within a couple of weeks we find it our home. Not only did he found it , he made sure everything was right before we took over possession of the house. He stayed in contact and made sure everything was right. We sold our house in NJ and moved to Conway SC. We had un expected delays and problems come up that where out of our control on both sides of our sale. Gene stayed with us through both sides of the transaction, helped to navigate issues and held our deal together with our new home. We where able to work through everything and ended up getting a new home with extra upgrades for a great price. We are very happy with our new home and would use Gene Henry as our agent again!
