About Gene

Gene grew up working with his father in the construction business, remodeling and building homes, which sparked a passion for real estate. He began his career in the early 1990’s as a loan officer in a Southern California Mortgage Bank, where he quickly became a Vice President.

He then started his own mortgage company, securing multiple lines of credit from some of the nation’s largest banks. He funded over $100 million in residential, commercial and land development projects and worked with investors and home sellers to help them obtain the financing needed to achieve their goals.

In recent years, he’s been following his passion for real estate by working on his own investments and flipping properties in the greater Seattle market. As he’s made on average a 24% return on his investments, he’s confident in his ability to help his clients receive similar results. His background in construction and home remodeling gives him an advantage when viewing distressed properties and allows him to see the potential.

He credits his continued success to his commitment to a high level of integrity and service to his clients.
