Gene has been in the Real Estate Business for nearly 40 years, with the first 20 years in Residential and the last specializing in Management, Commercial, Investment and Land.
He started in the business in 1977 and took over his Family Business in 2003, after the passing of his Father, Dan Jones. His Father started the Family Business, ERA DAN JONES & ASSOCIATES in 1970. They were a Full Service Real Estate Company, including Residential, New Home Sales, Commercial Sales & Leasing, Property Management and CAM/HOA; Homeowner Association Management.
During that time, he served as President of the Northeast Florida Multiple Listing Service, (NEFMLS). He has served on several Committees within the Association of REALTORS, including Board of Directors of the Northeast Florida Association of REALTORS, (NEFAR), and the Florida REALTORS.
He merged his Company with Watson Realty in 2015, which gave him the opportunity to enjoy what he does best, working with Buyers and Sellers on a Personal basis.
He is now proud to be Leading the Commercial Real Estate Division of ERA Davis & Linn. Commercial Real Estate has been my focus for the past several years. I have represented Buyers, Sellers, Landlords and Developers in numerous transactions from small to Multi-Million dollar deals. Including, Lots, Large Tracts of Land, Churches, Shopping Centers, Office and Multi-Family.
With his nearly 40 years of experience, he is also available for Consulting. From Acquisition to Zoning!
In his off time, LOL, him and his wife are involved with their Church where they teach a class on Gifts, Talents and Personalities and playing Golf is one of his favorite things to do, that’s why he live in Florida.
