Gene has worked with Bob and i before this last move both buying and selling. Everything moved along easily in those moves. This recent move.had a list of hiccups in both the selling and buying transactions. Gene easily helped us through a buyer who backed out and later with solving an inspection issue that the seller didn’t want to fix. Bob and I are in our eighties and without Gene and his invaluable experience, the move never would have happened. We couldn’t be happier with this move. He earned all five stars and I wish I could add even more!
