A year ago, Gene helped me purchase my first rental. Now, a year later, he’s helped me make my first sell! I’ve come across a lot of people in my life from different sides of life and very little come close to how much Gene loves what he does. You can see that Gene doesn’t see being a realtor as a job from how much he loves it, and that is the guarantee for you to know that you’re in great hands. Great with timing, recommendations, and communication. As long as Gene continues to be in real estate, I will never refer nor go to another realtor besides him.

Gene represented me as a buyer for one his own listings. It was a probate property that needed some work which I was buying to restore to beautiful condition. Dealing with probates, attorneys, and heirs is not easy, but I'm happy to say that Gene was on top of the whole process and made sure we got to the closing table. As a real estate investor I work with a lot of agents, and I can confidently say that Gene knows what he is doing and can handle a wide array of transactions. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and transparent during the whole process. His experience as an appraiser was the cherry on top. I think he also did a great job for his seller by helping them move on from a tough situation with grace. I'm looking forward to working with Gene again!

Gene helped us buy in 2020, and helped us sell in 2023. We never even considered using anybody else! I expect that the biggest compliment for a realtor is when you hire them twice. Gene is super experienced in the realtor stuff, thank goodness....but he is also a true process partner and empathetic sounding board during the inevitable stress and challenges that come with real estate transactions.

As a rental property manager, I have known Gene for over 7 years. He is not only an outstanding realtor but also a seasoned appraiser. I referred several of my clients to Gene to buy and/or sell properties. He did outstanding jobs.
The fun part was that I always referred at least two agents to my clients but Gene was always the one won the contracts. I never told him this secret when he thought all this time I referred all of my clients exclusively to him. LOL.
