Genie paid attention to what we wanted out of our house sale and made it happen. Our house sold quickly and Genie was great working with us to help us make a smooth transition to where we wanted to go. Genie made sure to capitalize on the timing so we didn't have overlapping payments and worked hard to give us the best benefit possible. I would recommend Genie and would go to her first for any house I need to sale in the future!

Genie is hands down the best realtor to work with in the Portland area. We threw her a big challenge of an international move during a pandemic and she met our needs with such grace. Genie is extremely responsive and quick to set up home tours. Anything we were interested in, was met with a quick message back along with a tour all lined up for us. She took us on endless virtual tours and helped with so many details while we were living in another country, trying to purchase a home. This was also our first home buying experience and Genie answered all our questions, explained every single detail of the buying process, and provided great insight along the way. I appreciated Genie’s attention to detail and honesty through our home buying process. Genie’s experience and knowledge of the housing market helped us find the home of our dreams. Genie helped me survive the worst real estate nightmare (an uncooperative seller) and ultimately buy my first house! She was tenacious in guaranteeing that everything went according to plan, even if things took longer than normal. In the end, we got the house for less than asking price in an extremely competitive market because she kept track of everything, pushed the seller to keep their commitment, and communicated with me every step of the way (and she's hilarious!). Thank you, Genie!!

Genie is excellent! She really took the time to get to know us and our preferences. And while I had grown up in the Portland metro area, we were moving back to the area after being gone for a decade. She really helped us understand the area again and narrow down where we wanted to focus.
When we did get an offer accepted, she continued to answer our many questions and helped us through the intricacies of the whole escrow and closing process. She was always quick to respond and provide her insight and expertise. We felt we were in such great hands with Genie from start to finish!
