Geoff Fahringer

Since 1996, Geoff has been an active Realtor on Marco Island and has built a strong reputation within the real estate community. His dedication to helping Buyers and Sellers is exceptional. He consistently attends educational seminars and contract classes, and works diligently to enhance his skills and professional knowledge in order to best serve his customers.

In 1997, he was honored with the prestigious Robbie Clark Award and served as the president of the Sunrise Rotary Club in 2000. Geoff was a board member of the City of Marco Island Waterways committee and currently sits on the city’s planning board. In addition to being one of the directors of the Marco Island Area Association of Realtors, he is the 2023 president-elect of the association.

Geoff has become a well-known expert on Marco Island for listing and selling boat slips at various marinas over the years. This is in addition to handling new construction sales, residential resales, and specialty programs working with investors buying lots and building new homes on speculation.

Over the past three years, Realtor and licensed Captain Fahringer played a key role in assisting the Marco Island Yacht Club with developing and finalizing the new Riverside Marina, which launched 22 new boat slips, with some accommodating mega yachts up to 125’ in length.

Among his peers, Geoff is known for being knowledgeable, fair, and empathetic towards others.

Geoff’s wife Kathie and their three sons relocated to Marco Island from Syracuse, New York in 1994. They have lived in their waterfront home for 25 years here on Marco. He is not only a boat owner with a USCG captain's license but also a highly experienced Realtor. With over 25 years of experience as a realtor on Marco Island, he has been a multi-million dollar producer many times over!
