About Geoff

He is the Principal Broker of Planned Communities Realty Company. The company was founded by his grandfather Alan Ortlip in 1961. His father, Tod Ortlip, became CEO in 1977 and he has been with Planned Communities since 2007. He was born and raised in Upper Arlington, Ohio, and has continued to live in central Ohio. He currently reside in Worthington. He has been practicing Real Estate in the State of Ohio since 2005 and has extensive experience in transactional real estate as well as commercial and residential land development. He is a member of the Columbus Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, MLS, and the Central Ohio Commercial Information Exchange. He sits on the Board of Governors for The Lakes Golf and Country Club and Board of Directors of the First Tee of Central Ohio. He is proud to have sold the most expensive home in Columbus in 2012. He is passionate about providing the best service and value for my clients, and specializes in all aspects of real estate, from land development to luxury homes.
