Real Estate is in my blood! While attending college at the University of Minnesota, I worked with a contractor building single family homes and remodeling homes. After I graduated with a Business degree, I made my way in sales in the corporate world. Burn out came quickly because I am too much of an entrepreneur! I did other work as a review inspector for the relocation industry. It was my job to review home inspections from all over the country - I learned a great deal in what to look for!
Real estate has always been a calling! I believe in home ownership and strive to serve my clients with excellence, professionalism and diligence, while keeping YOUR best interests at heart. I love what I do!

Geoffrey sold my house for 21,000.00 over asking price and helped me find a new home while working hard to sell my home. The house sold quickly in 2 days and he facilitated both transactions for closing on the same day. Amazing work!

Geoff and I were discussing a possible downsizing of our housing and we started to explore ideas and opportunities. The goal was to try and complete a sale and move by summer if possible. Geoff was vigilant in sending data on available houses fitting our requirements and we were just about ready to get things moving. We had to wait for one of our daughters to move to a new apartment and thought that would be the time to get going. Unfortunately, I was diagnosed with a couple of health conditions, which, in conjunction with the COVID-19, making me a high risk target, effectively stopping things for the time being. It will be a few months at least before we can resume looking. However, Geoff is our "go-to" person for our real estate needs. He has proven that he is confident and capable and I would work with him anytime.

Geoff greatly exceeded our expectations and helped us find our perfect home! As first-time home buyers we had many questions along the way and Geoff walked us through every step of the process. He worked with our busy schedules and was very responsive to our requests. Geoff is exceedingly  knowledgeable about houses and has a very good pulse on the market. We really enjoyed working with Geoff!
