Geoff was born In Bergen County, NJ but grew up mostly in Cherry Hill, NJ. There he attended Bishop Eustace Prep outside of Philadelphia and graduated in 2004
Geoff attended the University of Central Florida in Orlando and graduated with a bachelor’s in finance. Geoff went into property management helping manage multifamily complexes as large as three hundred units in Tampa. In 2009 Geoff left property management to join T. Rowe Price. 4 years later and after receiving his series 7 and 66, Geoff went on to work for JP Morgan Chase before retiring from finance and transitioning to his true passion, real estate.
Geoff’s first role was an intense introduction to the industry. He worked as an asset manager and acquisitions agent for a large national investment group. He learned the finer details of negotiating and identifying material defects on properties by walking several times side by side with many different types of contractors. This role helped him gain a sharp eye for seeing what is wrong with a home and the analytical acumen to find the best returns for his clients.
