I have assisted buyers and sellers in over 200 transactions as a Realtor. Past customers enjoy working with me because I am straight forward and to the point. Buying or selling a home can be an emotional and stressful experience but my role as your Realtor is to guide, advise, strategize and execute the business aspect of the transaction for you. In a conversation with a past customer they referred to my style as blunt force Real Estate which made me laugh. What they meant was while I am compassionate, easy going and caring, I am also here to conduct business, protect my clients and ensure they get the best deal possible. I use my experience to point out what needs to be done to sell your home or to point out potential issues with the home you are purchasing. I am not afraid to point out issues or styles that will eventually be a problem during the transaction and need to be addressed. If selling a home it is always best to address these before you put the house on the market. You only have one chance to make a first impression once your home goes online. As a seasoned Realtor I do not work with anyone and everyone. I enjoy peace in my personal life and professional life and have learned over the years it is important for our professional relationship to be agreeable, workable and mutually aligned to a common goal.
I obtained a degree in Business and Economics from Saint Mary's College of California while playing DI Men's Soccer. I apply to Real Estate not just what I learned about law and business but also compassion, ethics and a desire to understand what is most important to my clients. As a former collegiate athlete I love the competitive nature of the Real Estate business. I enjoy hunting for a client's new home and listening and observing along the way so I can help narrow the search for them. My family has resided in Forsyth County since 2004. I have tried to do my best to give back to our community by coaching high school soccer for many years. Our family is passionate about swimming, soccer and finding the cure for pediatric cancer since we have first hand experience. We love our community, our children, our labradors and feel so blessed we get to raise our kids here.
