Geoffrey Williams

Geoff has experience selling single family homes and residential income properties. Geoff has been working as a property manager since 1999 managing multifamily and retail space in Sacramento and Davis. Geoff has been and is currently a member of Masters Club. Geoff has lived in Davis and is now living in Land Park. Geoff has experience negotiating and selling short sales and bank owned properties.

Both Geoff's parents are real estate brokers and have been selling, managing and developing real estate for over 30 years. Geoff started his real estate career in property management before going to work for Coldwell Banker.

His personal philosophy is to continue to exceed the expectations of his buyers and sellers. Geoff does this by listening to his client's goals and helping them come up with a custom-made plan that best fits their needs.
