It's what I love! After graduating from Penn State with a degree in Management, Communications, and Architectural Design, I chose to make State College home. I've plugged in to the community and spent the last 27 years developing professionally in different leadership and operations roles, that have inspired my pursuit of a career in real estate. Between 2006 and 2011, I served as Project Superintendent for Berks Homes - overseeing the construction of over 160 single family home, townhouse and duplex units in 3 central PA communities. I then stepped into the role of Executive Director of the State College Downtown Improvement District, whose mission was to make State College a great place to live, work, and "experience the best times of your life!" In that capacity, I expanded my understanding of local business needs, commercial real estate, and community vitality.
