George Costopoulos

George Costopoulos is not your average REALTOR®…if you ask his clients, they will tell you he is a “roll up his sleeves” kind of guy who does what it takes to get his clients through the complicated process of Real Estate. Maybe that comes from being a native of Cheyenne, or from being an Eagle Scout, or being a dedicated father and husband, or past construction worker. As a Realtor since 2003, George continually strives to put his clients’ satisfaction at the top. His keen people skills, diligence, strong knowledge of the industry, and determination to indulge his clients with first class service sets him apart – his cheerful outlook is a plus as well. His in-depth market knowledge and understanding of the different neighborhoods gives George the ability to be a tremendous resource for both buyers and sellers. As a result of his caring and personal attention to each individual transaction, George’s clientele consists primarily of referral and repeat business. He also enjoys working with first-time home buyers – and looks forward to a long and happy relationship with them! He focuses on being a full-time, 100% agent – this makes all the difference. Within the powerful #1 Properties brokerage, he attends weekly office meetings and office tour – this is how he “knows” the market first-hand. Attending seminars and webinars to hone his skills as a sharp negotiator, problem solver and all-around good listener, makes him an active part of Cheyenne’s premier real estate company. He also is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Cheyenne Board of REALTORS®, is a Certified Residential Specialist and actively networks with other citywide agents and attends Multiple Listing Service activities.

In addition to his career, George is happily married to his wife, Trista and together they enjoy spending time with their 3 kids: Zack, Izabelle and Laini. They enjoy fishing, golfing and pheasant hunting along with watching Zack excel in baseball. George is on several Boards within the Cheyenne Community including Parish Council President of Saints Constantine & Helen Greek Orthodox Church, Co-Chairman of the Greek Festival/Executive Board, Board Member of Kiwanis International, and the University of Wyoming Alumni Association – Go Pokes!

This thing called Real Estate is constantly changing.
