About George
George Cunningham is the founder of BidIndustrial, a global industrial equipment auction portal, founder and Designated Broker of AuctionAZ.com, LLC, Arizona’s largest real estate auction company. George is also the President of Cunningham & Associates, Inc. and has been actively involved in the 70+ year-old family auction business since the early 80’s.
The Cunningham auction firm was the first in Arizona to have a website, the first to offer online bidding and the first to write its own online bidding software. Although C&A is a local auction and appraisal company, AuctionAZ.com regularly achieves worldwide traffic rankings that would be the envy of any national firm. C&A has sold assets to buyers all over the world including Singapore, Qatar, China, Mexico, and Canada just to name a few. C&A is also the only auction company in Arizona where the owners are also the auctioneers and real estate licensees.
In the past few years AuctionAZ.com and Cunningham & Associates, Inc. has sold over $200 million in real estate and industrial and commercial assets at auction. George’s goal has always been to make buying and selling real estate and personal property assets as efficient as selling a publicly traded stock; to create a marketplace where buyers and sellers can exchange assets at a price determined by fair and competitive bidding.
