George DeMarco

George has been a successful corporate executive for more than twenty years in the areas of finance and operations. Before embarking on a career in real estate, George was the Chief Financial and Operating Officer of Classroom, Inc., an educational non-profit. Prior to Classroom, Inc., George was the Chief Financial and Operating Officer of Money Mailer of New Jersey. His strong, entrepreneurial spirit manifests itself in his commitment to doing whatever it takes to get the job done.

Professionally, George’s life-long love for the theater led him to form a theatrical production company which has produced five off-Broadway shows and invested in several Broadway productions.

George was raised in Westchester County where he worked at his dad’s supermarket from an early age and learned from his mom’s experiences as a successful real estate agent. For fourteen years George has been a co-op owner on the Upper West Side and was recently elected to its Board of Directors.
