We worked with George on both the selling of our condo and the purchase of our new home. It was our first time selling and the transaction was far from easy due to multiple unforeseen circumstances and George was with us every step of the way! He helped us navigate negotiations with a level head and helped us to get the best possible price. He was available to talk to us day and night and was never annoyed by our constant questions. He walked us through every step and made sure to present us with all of our options, never making us feel as if we were bothering him (even if it was 7am on a Sunday). We were going through the process of selling during a 3-week vacation in Asia, which caused us to only be able to talk at odd hours and not very available. We felt 100% confident leaving George in charge of our transaction while we were gone and never doubted his ability to secure the transaction despite the road bumps that presented themselves. He truly cares about his clients as people, not just because they are selling their home. We cannot recommend George enough and would highly encourage anyone who is buying or selling their home to work with him. He is personable, reliable, and will get the job done as painlessly as possible!

Moving cross-country for a job transfer is stressful enough, without having to find a new residence. I didn’t have the time to keep flying back and forth to locate the perfect place. Unlike the other realtors that I came across in my many moves, George Katris really did listen and put the effort into ferreting out what I wanted in a house. Others said they did it, but repeatedly, I was sent generic listings that didn’t fit my non-negotiables list. George found four properties to choose from that included 100% of the requirements. Because I put my professional trust in George, I didn’t have to settle for just any residence due to a time & distance crunch. The house I ended up choosing not only had everything I needed, but included a plethora of “extras” that George thought I would appreciate. George is a seasoned and experienced professional Realtor that will do the leg work for his clients in order that they may find the perfect place to call home.
