I would be pleased and eager to endorse George Koudounas as a local real estate expert. I knew George's family for many years and until March, 2010 only new George as a casual acquaintance, a diligent worker and pillar and post of the Newburgh Greek American Community. In March, my husband, sister and I called upon George as a possible broker for the sale of my sisters home on Meadow Hill Rd. We spoke at 11am and set up an appointment for 1 pm on the same day. George arrived eager, ready and totally prepared with facts, figures and a strong knowledge of the property and area as well as other information pertaining to the type and age of the home we were dealing with. We were not intending to list the house that day but by 3pm were confident that we had called the right man and moved forward with the contract. George gave us very simple tips on preparing the home with very little expense and effort on our part. Finances were very much of an issue and spending additional monies would have been an extreme hardship. By that weekend the home was listed and shown several times. He followed through with updates and encouragement during the entire process even while stranded in Cypress. George impressed us on all levels but his vast knowledge on all topics pertaining to the sale was extraordinary. We had to meet certain criteria before the actual house was sold and he could be counted on to provided us with the info we need in the shortest time possible. He also followed through on many levels after the sale. We have recommended George to several friends emphasizing his knowledge, insight, attentiveness and kindness. I hope this will place George on the very top of the list as a local real estate experts and only enhance any other information you have. He is an extraordinary man and thankfully now a very dear friend.

As we all know buying and selling a home can be stressful. Recently, we were selling two homes and buying one that was being built, luckily we found George. George made the process so easy. He knew exactly how to price the homes and what to do to make them easier to sell. We did not hesitate in the least to give him our keys, we trusted him totally.
