George and Toni McDowell met with me and presented a detailed market analysis, and a detailed marketing plan designed to sell my home as quickly as possible at the optimal price. They toured my home and suggested the minor upgrades and repairs needed in order to show my home at its best. They had a list of contractors at the ready to perform the work expeditiously at a reasonable cost. As I was no longer living in the house full time, Toni frequently helped me by meeting the contractors at my home in my place. Once the hard work was done, the listing went live on a Thursday and just as we had discussed, we had multiple competitive offers above ask by the end of the weekend. George and Toni were both very responsive to me whenever I had a concern throughout the process. Fine job and thanks very much! Highly recommend George, Toni and the McDowell team.

I have now used George and his team to sell two houses and am in the process of working with the McDowell team to purchase my latest house. Toni McDowell has been nothing short of wonderful for my wife and I. Toni gives honest feedback, works extremely hard to get answers to any and all questions we have posed to her, and is always responsive to calls or messages. The listings she provided throughout the buying process were all ones she went through personally and felt met our needs. She worked around our busy lives to schedule showings, was always willing to meet on weekdays or weekends, and always made sure we walked away from any showing without questions or concerns. We know we are fortunate to have her as our agent.

As the team lead, George has also been an excellent resource to work with. He has decades of experience in the real estate business and knows exactly what it takes to get a home sold or to buy a new one, and what price is realistic for both scenarios. When selling, he gives honest input on projects that are not likely to have a return on investment, as well as those that can make the house sell quickly and for more money. On the other hand, when buying a home, he will listen to your financial situation and wants, and provides a clear picture on what it will take to land a house.

The combination of Toni and George truly has made the stressful process of selling and buying a home straightforward and as easy as possible. Whether it was Toni working late to get an offer prepared or George calling to check in periodically and making sure all our needs were being met by his team, we always felt informed, confident and at ease with where things stood. I appreciate all they have done for us and I recommend the McDowell team without hesitation.
