Look up the term brother in the dictionary and you will find George. That is literally what he is to you when you become his client. His perseverance, hard work, effort were simply unwavering. George has proven himself to be a very good real estate agent. I am not the easiest client to deal with when it comes to buying property since and I know what to look for. George, however was very understanding and did a good job helping me find the property I like and he guided me through the whole process of acquiring the land. It was our first house, the timing was bad for buying (summer 2018) , the negotiations were really complicated - the seller was a bank represented by a tough guy who did want to loose a penny, and there were other buyers around who wanted the house too. I had zero experience in buying houses and was scared due to complexities on each negotiations turn. Great that I trusted George and let him do his job. The result was great - not only we bought it with a good discount, but also were credited for the repairs. Happy home owners for almost a year.

George is at the very top of his game. He is knowledgeable and as professional as can be. When I was buying my home he went above and beyond to get things done. Even in tricky situations he managed to accomplish a lot for me. He comes with a solid team of people that treat you like family. I had a choice of 2 other realtors to work with.

In fact, the home that I bought and now enjoy another real estate agent did not want to show it to me. I found out that they refused to show it to me because “it was too much work and the commission was not worth it to them”. It’s funny considering that the agent is a close friend of one of my best friends and when they heard I was considering buying a home they prospected me hard. This was why I gave them a chance in the beginning. As soon as I got disappointed I called my old friend George. He showed me 3 homes and we picked it out within 1 day.

I don’t hold back and tell it like it is. George and his team do whatever they can to get it done. They are the best team in New Jersey. Call him now!!!!

If you want the best in the business, look no further, because George is your guy! George and the team around him were beyond professional, knowledgeable, and educational when it came to aiding me in my search for a brand new property. On top of that, he was basically available 24/7 to answer any questions or ease any concerns that I had. Searching for a new home was getting to be a daunting task, but with George’s expertise it became a breeze, and even enjoyable. He’s super passionate and it’s evident that he only wanted what was best for me, and all his clients. If anyone looking for a real estate broker George Pavlushkin is the one
From day one that we meet George we felt that this guy going to find us the right house
We where dealing in the beginning with some women from different Realestate and we almost giving up on the house and staying in brooklyn she was unprofessional , very pushy
And no patient At all
George is the Realestate broker you want to have he knows New Jersey very well just tell him what you want and he will find you the right house !

I don't normally write reviews but when service is this outstanding I have a duty to inform others. People always fear the real estate buying process but George and Premier Group were incredible and made the entire process painless. It was a nightmare trying to find the perfect apartment while balancing school but George made the process easy. Step by step every bit of the way he was there to explain and answer any and all of my questions and concerns. He made the entire process smooth and easy. I never felt pressured or rushed and George was always there 24/7 to show me a property and to give me feedback. His team would send me daily updates with new properties that matched what I was looking for within my price range and even went so far as to look outside of my parameters to get me extra amenities I did not even know I would be able to afford! When I told George I was in a rush to move he assured me that he would find me the perfect property with expediency. He delivered on his promise and then some. I can confidently say that when its time to move and look for a new property I know exactly who I will entrust with the entire process. Thanks again George!

George is professional, knowledgeable and excellent agent that really cares about his customers. George was very responsive from the moment I contacted him about purchasing a house. No matter what time of day it was or what the concern was he was still able to respond to all of our texts and/or phone calls in a very timely manner. And it's really surprising how he does it because when you have an appointment with him, his whole attention is on you and not on his phone that is ringing non-stop probably from other clients. Purchasing a house especially for a first-time buyer is a daunting experience/process but not with George. He was very transparent with us through the whole process explaining every nuance and every detail. He has the whole process down to a science. He was very informative and educated me on every step of the way. George was in constant communication with the Seller's agent, lawyers and other parties making sure everyone is informed and are on the same page.

George offered excellent advice on any aspect of home ownership from improvements that can be made to a house, if any, to potential cost of those improvements. George built a support mechanism that is his partner and his very helpful team that provided nothing less than pure professionalism and timely support from the first time we spoke all the way to the the day of my closing.
